The PASMA Towers for Managers certification teaches safety rules and inspection methods for using Mobile Access Towers. It is aimed at managers and supervisors overseeing tower work. To operate towers safely and legally, employers must follow Work at Height Regulations, and managers need to be skilled in supervising work, identifying best practices, and ensuring that workers choose the right tower, set it up safely, and avoid falls.
In this course, participants will learn the basics of mobile access towers through classroom instruction. They will gain knowledge to support their teams, meet legal requirements, and confidently inspect different tower types. The course meets national standards and industry best practices, is fully accredited, and is led by experienced trainers. It concludes with a multiple-choice exam.
When you finish the PASMA Towers for Managers course, you will get a photo ID card and a PASMA certificate for five years. You will also receive a booklet with course notes and the latest Code of Practice booklet.
